Questions sellers ask
Can I use Reaksa for a restaurant or café?
Yes. Choose "Restaurant or café" when you set up. On the Free plan you can show your menu in your online shop and Telegram shop, take orders, and keep stock and a cashbook. On Pro or higher you also get tables and open bills, a kitchen screen for tickets, menu options like sizes and add-ons, recipes that take ingredients out of stock when a dish sells, split bills, tips, service charge and VAT, and an end-of-day cash count.
How do I sign in?
With an email and password, with Google, or with Telegram: send the Reaksa bot /login and type the code it gives you. You can link more than one in Settings, and we will ask you to confirm your email address.
Is Reaksa really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit: 2 team members, 50 products and 10 AI order screenshots a day. Pro and Business each start with a 14-day free trial, so you can try the plan you need before paying. Which plans you can pick depends on your business type: for example a distributor needs Pro or Business, and a factory needs Business.
Which chat apps does it work with?
Any of them. You send Reaksa a screenshot of the chat, so Telegram, Messenger, Instagram and TikTok all work. Telegram goes further: you can forward a conversation to the bot, and customers can order from your shop link inside Telegram.
How accurate is the AI?
Good, but not perfect, so Reaksa never books an order silently. Anything it is unsure about is marked "needs review", and you can fix items, prices and the customer name in a few taps before it counts.
How do customers pay me?
By cash on delivery or KHQR. Each shop order gets its own QR for the exact amount, which works with ABA and any other KHQR app. You can mark orders paid by hand, and Reaksa also records the payment notices from the ABA bot in your cashbook.
Do I need Telegram Premium?
No. Sending screenshots, forwarding chats and the Telegram shop all work for free. Premium is only needed if you want Reaksa to read your Telegram chats automatically through Telegram Business.
Where is my data, and can I take it with me?
Your business data is kept in a database on servers we run, with nightly backups. You can export your orders to Excel at any time. We never sell your data. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
What happens when my plan or trial ends?
You move to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: you can still see everything, and new additions are limited to what Free allows. Upgrade again whenever you like.
