These terms are an agreement between you and Tomnerb ("we", "us") about your use of Reaksa, including the web app, the Telegram bot and shop, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use Reaksa for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.
1. The Service
Reaksa helps you record orders, stock, payments and accounts, and read order details from chat screenshots using AI. Features depend on your plan and business type. We may improve, change or remove features, and will tell you about changes that matter.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what people you invite do.
- You can sign in with an email and password, or with Google, Facebook or Telegram. Keep control of whichever you use: whoever can sign in to that account can sign in to yours. You can link and unlink these in Settings.
- You must confirm your email address when asked. Some features, such as platform administration, need a confirmed email.
- Business owners decide who in their team has access and which role they hold.
- Tell us quickly at contact@tomnerb.com if you think your account has been misused.
3. Plans, trials and payment
- Plans: Free, Pro and Business, with the limits and prices shown on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars.
- Choosing a plan: when you create a business you choose a plan that fits its type (for example a distributor needs Pro or Business, and a factory needs Business). A restaurant can start on Free to show its menu and take orders; its table, kitchen and recipe tools need Pro or Business.
- Trial: Pro and Business start with 14 days at no cost. Free has no trial and no time limit. When a trial ends, your business moves to the Free plan unless you buy a plan.
- Paying: you pay in advance for one month or one year by KHQR. Plans do not renew automatically, and we never charge you without a payment you make.
- When a plan ends: you move to the Free plan. We do not delete your data, but you cannot add more than the Free plan allows until you upgrade again.
- Refunds: payments are not refundable once the plan has started, except where the law requires otherwise or we made an error.
- We may change prices and limits for future periods, and will tell you first. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
4. AI reading and its limits
Reaksa uses AI to read order screenshots and chats. AI can make mistakes, such as a wrong quantity, price or name. Orders that look doubtful are marked for review, but you are responsible for checking the orders and numbers you rely on. Daily limits apply to how many screenshots can be read on each plan.
5. Payments between you and your customers
- Reaksa can show a KHQR for an order and record payments. Payments are made through banks and the Bakong network, not through us. We do not hold your customers' money.
- Confirming payments automatically depends on your bank and the Bakong network being available and supporting it. Mark orders paid by hand if confirmation is not available, and always check your bank before handing over goods.
- You are responsible for your own sales, delivery, returns, taxes and your dealings with your customers. For restaurants, that includes the service charge and VAT you set, the receipts you give, and passing tips on to your staff: Reaksa records them but does not collect or pay out money.
6. Your data
- You own the data you put into Reaksa. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You can export your orders to Excel at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account.
- You must have the right to put in the data you add, including your customers' details.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Reaksa for anything illegal, fraudulent or deceptive, or to sell goods that are illegal in Cambodia;
- try to access other businesses' data, break or overload the Service, or get around limits or security;
- send spam through the bot or the shop, or upload content that infringes others' rights or is harmful;
- resell or copy the Service without our written permission.
We may limit or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will explain why where we can.
8. Third-party services
Reaksa works with services we do not control, such as Telegram, Google, your bank and email providers. Their availability and rules are their own, and a problem on their side can affect Reaksa.
9. Availability
We work to keep Reaksa running and keep nightly backups, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything critical, for example by exporting to Excel.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Reaksa at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. If we end your account without a breach on your part, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data.
11. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost sales, or for losses caused by mistakes in AI reading that you did not check, by third-party services, or by events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith, and otherwise belong to the courts of Phnom Penh.
